Chin/Pull Up Challenge

The chin/pull up is one of my favorite exercises. It is a test of relative body strength or how strong you are for your own body weight. Whether it is a different variation or adding weight there are a multitude of ways to keep variety and to get stronger. Here we demonstrate an advanced circuit that will have you getting stronger, building endurance, enhancing your grip strength/endurance and have your heart jumping out of your chest!
